I’m L.J. Fivecoats, the founder and lead remodeler of Performance Remodeling LLC. Remodeling is more than just a job for me — it’s a family tradition and a passion I’ve carried since childhood.
I grew up watching and learning from my father, who remodeled homes and ran his own business. He taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and craftsmanship. Those lessons shaped not only my skills but also the way I run my business today.
